At Beauty Training Alliance, we’re committed to providing high-quality education and accreditation services to help professionals excel in the beauty industry. Please read our refund policy carefully before making your purchase.
1. Train the Trainer Course

a. Digital & Online Content
Once you have enrolled and gained access to course materials (including videos, manuals, or downloads), we are unable to offer a refund due to the instant access nature of the content.
b. Cooling-off Period
If you have not yet accessed any course materials, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Requests must be made in writing to [insert your support email].
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
c. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected events can occur. In genuine cases of hardship, we may review refund requests at our discretion. Supporting evidence may be required.

2. Course Accreditation Packages
a. Application Fees
All accreditation application fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted and review has begun.
b. Approved Accreditation Packages
Once your course has been approved and your accreditation certificate issued, no refunds can be provided under any circumstances.
c. Annual Renewal Fees
Renewal fees are non-refundable once processed, as accreditation and listing updates begin immediately.
d. Unsubmitted Applications
If you have purchased an accreditation package but not yet submitted your course for review, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no part of the review or communication process has begun.
